Refund policy
Refund or Exchange(s) if returned within 14 Days of tracking shows delivered and if the following conditions are met: Unused, unworn, not washed, and tags attached as sold.
*Christmas Exception. For purchases made between Nov 10th to Dec 12th, return window will be extended to Jan 15th of the following year. Return(s) must meet the following conditions: Unused, unworn, not washed, and tags attached as sold.
Original or return postage is not refundable. We will cover the shipping back to you for exchange/replacement item(s).
If requested, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the postage from the refund amount. Prepaid return label for US address ONLY.
There maybe price differences between sizes. If the price of exchange item(s) is less than the requested item(s), payment will be refunded instead of replaced. If the price of exchange item(s) is more than the requested item(s), the difference will be refunded.
If the order qualified for a Discount and part of the order is returned, the Discounted amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the order qualified for FREE shipping, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please allow two billing cycles for a refund to post on your Credit Card account.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
